I currently serve as the President of Shanese P. Brown Ministries, Inc., with my husband, Ronald, serving as Secretary. This is our very first experience stepping into the nonprofit world, but by God’s grace, we’ve already seen Him do amazing things through this work. I regularly volunteer with other nonprofits, while Ronald continues his full-time career as a welder. With over 30 years of experience, he has a heart to one day use his skills to pour into others through job and life skills training. Together, we are deeply committed to our mission of providing hope that leads to personal growth and community transformation. Our vision is simple yet powerful—to uplift, inspire, and encourage people to live as their authentic selves in Christ. With the support of our dedicated board of directors, we work side by side to ensure the ministry not only succeeds but remains sustainable for years to come.
