Shanese holds the position of President at shanese p. brown Ministries, Inc. and Ronald is the acting Secretary. This is their first rodeo within the nonprofit sector, and they have accomplished several things along the way. Shanese volunteers regularly for several non-profits and Ronald is a full-time welder at present and plans to use his 30+ years experience to aid in job/life skills training in the future. Shanese and Ronald are committed to our mission of providing hope that will further individual growth and lead to the transformation of communities. They also strive to uphold the vision to uplift, inspire, and encourage people to be authentically themselves.They both work closely with the board of directors to ensure the organization's success and sustainability.
Sonya’s current professional title is school-based therapist. As an employee of Real Practices Inc, She has over twenty years of experience in child welfare. She’s a proud graduate of UALR, where she received her Bachelor of Social Work in August 2003. She also completed her Master of Social Work at Walden University in May 2020. God, family, and her Christian faith are the cornerstones of her life, and she is passionate about helping children and families develop the necessary skills to overcome challenges that may prevent them from living the life they desire. As a change agent, her goal is to inspire others to be their best selves with the support, empathy, encouragement, and love they need.
